On the 16-17 Sept 2013 was organised the 2nd edition of the OpenWater symposium in Brussels, Belgium.
The OpenWater symposium aims at sharing experiences, tools, training materials and model codes applicable in the water domain.
A presentation by Julien Lhomme from HR Wallingford described a composition setup to model lateral exchanges between a river channel and a floodplain, using OpenMI-wrapped versions of the software MASCARET and RFSM-EDA. This composition will be further extended with an impact model as part of the DRIHM EU-funded project.
